Unit comes complete with Receiver Unit that is installed within upper casing (that covers bracket attached to ceiling) Controls the 3 Fantasia speed settings & switches on / off / and dims a light (if your fan has a light) Can be retrofit (installed after your fan is already installed) and uses simple colour coded cables with easy attachments to install. Complete with wall bracket to keep the hand unit safe
